Invitation Process
Step 1- Complete Questionnaire and Contract
Complete the invitation questionnaire so I can get an idea of what your suite will need to include. The questionnaire will ask questions about color scheme, theme, quantity, and what items are needed for your stationery. At the end of the form you select the items you need and sign the contract and make inital payment.
Step 2- Preliminary Design of invitation
Once your invitation questionnaire, contract, and initial payment are received I will begin a preliminary design. I will work on a design and send it to you to see if I am on the right track before I get too far in if I am way off. This is a collaborative effort between you and I to get the stationery you envision for your day.
Step 3- Design completion
If you are happy with the preliminary design I will move on to designing the other pieces of your suite (if ordered). Once the invitation design is complete I can create coordinating pieces for you. If you have a preferred invitation wording that was not included in the invitation questionnaire this would be the time to submit that to insure your desired wording is included in the design.
Step 4- Proofing
Once all pieces have been designed we move to proofing. I will make changes until you are satisfied. Be sure to look at proofs closely for spelling, date, time, colors, and all details of the stationery. This is the most important step for you in the process. No changes will be accepted once order moves into production.
Step 5- Production
Once final proof approval and remaining payment has been received your order will move into production. Production involves printing all pieces of your order, cutting to size if needed, and assembly if included in your order.
Step 6- Completion and Delivery
Once your order is completed it will be packaged and shipped.
The entire process can take 4-8 weeks depending on complexity and size of the order. If you need your order completed as a rush order, there is a $75 rush charge added to the order total.
