As the expert in all things wedding stationery, we include addressing, assembly, stamping and mailing for all of our clients.  Some of the stress can come from wanting to get those invitations and save the dates out in the mail but it can be quite time consuming.  We will handle all that for you to take that stress off your plate.  Including the stamps!

Are you feeling overwhelmed and confused about your wedding stationery? Let me lead the way.  Let me help you be at ease and make the process less stressful.

Custom Designs

Custom designs are a brand new design unique to you.  You get to make requests for what you would like included in the design and paper choices.  This process takes a bit longer because of the amount of time and care that goes into creating the art that is your wedding stationery.  Communication is imperative between you and I so that we can stay on schedule.  This process can take 12-16 weeks.

Minimum investment in custom work is $1,500
Average spend for all wedding stationery including save the dates and wedding day paper and signage is $2,500- $3,500

Semi- Custom Designs

These are completed designs that your details are added to that make it unique to you.  Colors of fonts, backgrounds and envelopes can be changed to match your wedding. "I definitely recommend this company! I ordered my save the dates through her and I absolutely LOVED them! They look amazing and were exactly what I wanted! Before ordering them, she showed me what they would look like and gave me different options with fonts, colors, word placing etc. Very professional and great to do business with! Replies very fast and does whatever she can to make sure you are happy with what you are getting! I'm in the process of getting my designs made up for my wedding invitations through her right now! Definitely great service and very great with prices! I was amazed at how inexpensive my save the dates were!"

Frequently asked questions

Where are you located?
I am located in Woodburn, Oregon (about 30 miles south of Portland).  I work with couples all over the United States.
What are your prices?
The average custom design client spends $3,500 on all their wedding stationery including save the dates, invitations, and wedding day items.

The average semi-custom client spends $2,000 for all their wedding stationery.

These prices are for a wedding of 80 save the dates and invitations and approximate guest count of 150.
When should I send out Save the Dates and Wedding Invitations?
Although the last couple years has adjusted timeline norms, traditionally the Save the dates should go out 6 to 9 months before the wedding and invitations should be sent 3 months before with the RSVP date set for 1 month before the wedding (this allows you time to track down those that don't RSVP). Exceptions to this recommendation are if you are having a destination wedding, a wedding in June, or on a holiday weekend, then I recommend sending the save the dates as soon as you have a date and venue booked. You want to get on your guest's calendars as soon as possible.
What is included in your standard wedding invitations package?
In our standard wedding invitation package we include:
5x7 invitations (white or cream)
Invitation envelope (choose one of over 25 colors)
RSVP card (white or cream)
RSVP envelope (choose one of over 25 colors)
Guest address and return address on invitation envelope
RSVP envelope address
Stamps for invitations and RSVP envelope
4.25x5.5 details card (white or cream)

This package is the same for custom or semi-custom orders.
What does the process look like for custom wedding stationery?
It all starts with getting an idea of your vision and what you are looking for. No detail is too small. I want to know everything. Gathering information at the beginning our of process means I have a better understanding of you and your needs. After contract and initial payment (50% down), I begin working up design ideas and variations. I am a visual person and it helps the collaboration between you and I to see what you like and what you don't side by side. I make changes (3 rounds of changes is included) and when it is perfect, final payment is due and I send it off to print. The process can take up to 8-10 weeks depending on products and where they are being sourced and produced. On average items are ready to mail in about 12-14 weeks, and rush items are available for a surcharge.

What does the process look like for semi-custom wedding stationery?
Payment in full is due when order is placed.  I gather the details of your day and your wedding colors and put together a design proof for you of the items you ordered.  This is usually received in 3-5 business days.  I make changes (3 rounds of changes is included) and once approved the items will be sent to print and once received will be assembled and ready to mail.  The process takes about  2-4 weeks from order until your items are ready to mail.

When should I place my order?
Each invitation suite is crafted by hand from myself and other vendor partners.
Typically you should allow 2-4 weeks for save the dates and semi-custom wedding invitations and 12-16 weeks for custom invitations. This timeline could be extended depending on design, elements, and assembly.  For wedding day stationery items those should be ordered 1-2 months before the wedding.

Will I get to see a proof of my design before it is printed?
Yes! All orders include electronic proofs with 3 rounds of revisions. Your order will move into production once you approve the digital proof.

How many save the dates & Invitations should I order?
The best way to determine how many save the dates, invitations, and thank you notes you need is to count the number of addresses you will be mailing to. You may also want to order extras of each for keepsakes, photography and for last minute guests.

Do you offer samples?
Yes! Use the contact form to ask for a sample set and give me your address. I will mail you a FREE sample set to determine paper colors, print treatment and thickness of papers.

I need an invitation in a language other than English, can you do that?
Absolutely! I can do bilingual invitations or you can order a set in another language. While I do not speak a language other than English, you can send me the wording needed and I can use that on your stationery.  If you only need a few in a language other than English we can also accommodate that.  Let me know what you need and I can make it happen.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Yes, the minimum order is 25 for semi-custom invitations and save the dates.

The minimum for custom stationery is $2,000.
